One Two Tree is run by founder Mat Dewey. Mat is a qualified Arborist and Forester with a Bsc degree in Ecology from Portsmouth University.

Having always harbored a passion for the great outdoors, Mat achieved a diploma in Arboriculture and Forestry at Sparsholt College during a gap year after completion of his A-levels. To underpin his knowledge of the natural world, Mat undertook a degree in Ecology and Conservation at Portsmouth University. Following completion of his degree Mat took the decision to establish One Two Tree, to fill the niche of Tree Surgeon in the immediate local area.

Since 2017 the business has expanded to undertake work for numerous commercial customers including the De Vere hotel group, various parish councils and also boasts a healthy portfolio of return and one off local residential customers.

All of our team are fully qualified in all aspects of tree care and we hold Public and Employers Liability insurance upto £10 Million, so you can be assured your trees are in safe hands.
